Do I need to be technical?
No. You connect your app once and manage everything from one dashboard.
What if the AI isn’t sure about a ticket?
It sends the ticket to you with a drafted answer instead of replying on its own.
Does the AI change my code without asking?
Only small fixes that pass every test and a final check. It never touches login, billing or database rules, and you can switch it off at any time.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Data is stored in the EU, encrypted, and separated per client. See the Security page for details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the close of the period, and your data can be exported or deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Read the Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in your dashboard and choose Delete account. Everything is removed and your subscription ends.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter suits one small app. Pro adds automatic answers, bug monitoring and videos. Enterprise adds custom integrations and a dedicated setup. You can switch plans later.
